Hi all, it's VR again ! Hope all's well with everyone. Well we took one on the Chin last night with UTEP +6.5
UTEP just could never get going, if they knock down a few shoot's late in the game vs. New Mexico we actually had a great chance to get the cover and win. But the shoots didn't fall and we lost by like 4 points or so.
One more game till the "Dance" really gets going, until then were going to get some "Action' in the lower tier tourneys. Tonight were going to the "CBI tournament".
Montana PK
Big Sky member Montana Grizzles, who's 13-1 at home and took a terrible loss in there Big Sky Tournament or this team would be in the field of 68. Brian Qvale of Montana is shooting 63% FG.
Which is almost tops in D1 hoops. BQvale also won Big Sky Defensive Player Of The Year.
Montana's Def. is giving up 39% FG and only 60 points per game.
Duquesne is playing in a post-season tournament for the 3rd straight year. In Feburary the "Dukes were 9-0 straight up. Since there 2-5, and in my opinion there playing awful. In the A10 Tourney Duquesne lost to St.Joesph, who is playing ok towards the end of the season. But St Joe's hasn't won a road game till they beat Duq.
I feel Montana at home who is 13-1, wins tonight match-up by 8-11 points.

ReplyDeleteWhen betting these lower tiered tournaments, it's like betting the lower football bowls. Motivation is a big thing. Montana and UTEP both thought they would be playing in the big dance. We are not seeing their best effort.
