NIT Semi's tip's tonight at "World's Most Famous Arena" Madison Square Garden.
All four teams should rep. there schools real well. Looking forward to watching the first game between Wichita State and Wazzu, huge Pac10 fan here so I'll be pulling for Klay Thompson (22 ppg) and Washington State. At one point this season the Cougars were just outside the Top 25, but they just never could get over the hump.
Wichita State had a very nice season, other than getting there ticket punched for the dance. Back in December WSU played UConn in Maui and lost by just a couple of points. A game that the Shockers wanted really bad, to show the country that they can play with anyone. In my opinon Wichita State can and beat most teams in the country.
The 2nd game in NYC is where I'm placing a wager. Two Number 1 seeds will play for a ticket to play WSU/Wazzu on Thursday night.
Alabama -2 vs Colorado.
Both these teams like VCU(final four team) are playing with a chip on there shoulder. The difference in my opinion is the Athletes on Alabama's basketball team. There Lock-Down defense has much to do with there athletic skills.
I don't feel Colorado can match Alabama's intensity for 40 minutes.
